Marshall, I feel grateful for the insight You gave me about the way I was used to communicate during Your lecture in Rotterdam in 2006.

Your story made me aware of the fact that I used violence in my communication and that, however hard I tried, I would not meet my own needs in that way. The practical steps You developed gave me the opportunity to learn to communicate in a more effective and connecting way. Not only with others, but also with myself.
