9-Day Residential NVC Training for Palestinians and Israelis

EcoME - the venue

On this day of remembering, we'd like to invite you to a training that we are organizing near the Dead Sea for Palestinians and Israelis, plus others.

Trainers
Shantigarbha, CNVC.org certified trainer (UK): www.seedofpeace.org
Roberta Wall (USA): www.steps2peace.com
Hagit Lifshitz (Israel): www.mifgash.org.il
Plus other trainers to be announced.

Dates
29 December 2011 at 18:00 - Saturday, 07 January 2012 at 19:00.

Location
We’re delighted to announce that the training will be hosted by the EcoME Centre, by the Dead Sea – in a location accessible to Israelis and Palestinians. Please note that accommodation at EcoME is what would be described as ‘basic’ by ‘western’ standards. Sleeping is in bedouin-style dormitary tents. If this isn’t going to work for you, it may be possible to stay near the venue in a hotel or B&B (payment direct to the hotel/B&B).

Fees
If you are living and working in Europe, the US or another ‘western’-style economy: we request $1000 for the nine days, which includes accommodation, food and tuition fees. This includes a contribution towards the scholarship fund, which will enable people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to come, to attend.
If you are living and working in Israel/Palestine: we haven’t yet confirmed the fees. We hope to have this information in the next couple of weeks.

Applications
We invite you to apply to attend this training. Contact us and we will send you an Application Form. We are setting aside ten places for people from outside the region.
