Dear NVC Community,
CNVC Governance teams have very much appreciated the support of those of you who have been using our new feedback forms to provide us with input/feedback - thank you! This has met our needs for connection, clarity and ease.
I am delighted to announce there are now permanent links on the CNVC website that will allow constant access to feedback forms for all teams (e.g., Admin Team, Educational Services Team, GCC, Information Technology Team, Office Team).
In future, we request that you use this mechanism to communicate your input to us. We will not be monitoring any of the NVC-related egroups for input.
These new tools will allow us to more easily work with your feedback because they will be seen by our whole teams and we can spot trends more easily.
To access the form for a particular team:
You can use this link today to see these forms. www.cnvc.org/feedback
In the future, please use the steps below.
- Go to www.cnvc.org
- Go to the bottom of any page and click on the feedback link.
You will be taken to a page that allows you to choose the team to which you would like to provide input/feedback.
We also intend that a link to the relevant feedback form will be included in each communication from a CNVC Governance team - and we are still getting in the habit of doing this.
What will happen with input/feedback provided?
There is an intention that each CNVC Governance team will review the feedback provided to it at its regularly scheduled meetings (most of them meet once a month).
The teams regret that they do not anticipate being able to respond individually to each piece of input/feedback, but where there are themes or items that they believe are of importance / interest to the NVC Community, a team member will be requested to draft a communication. Once this draft has been reviewed and agreed to by the other team members, it will be sent out to the following egroups: cnvc-trainers@yahoogroups.com, nvccertificationcandidates@yahoogroups.com and FriendsofNVC@yahoogroups.com.
This mechanism is initially being made available only in English, until we have a translation system in place that will allow consistent and timely translation of all responses provided in other languages.
Celebrations
We are excited by the increased sense of connection that we believe this method will provide.
I would like to express my appreciation to Glenda Mattinson (Communication Coordinator) and Pan Vera (IT Coordinator) for all the work they have done to design and implement this mechanism; to each member of each CNVC Governance team for their willingness to experiment with new ways of working; and to each member of the NVC Global Network for the passion and energy you bring to helping to realize our shared vision, including offering your input/feedback to help make our work contribute more effectively to that vision.
If you would like to provide feedback on this communication mechanism or on this email, please go to http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=p6HBFi7KGIulfg6GncMwpBw&hl=en (feedback to the CNVC Communication Circle). Thank you.
Warmly,
Margo Pair
