Discover and practice simple tools to transform your mindset into compassionate perceiving and relating.

"When I first starting teaching Nonviolent Communication(NVC)/Compassionate Communication 18 years ago I was looking for a set of tools to help me live my most precious values for peace and love. I grew up in a family of seven kids and there was a lot of difficult moments of conflict and mayhem. I struggled with frustration and reactivity. Those experiences created patterns of reactivity that I struggled with as an adult. Even with much personal growth work and meditation, I still found myself reacting and saying things out of anger and frustration that I regretted. Learning and integrating the skills and consciousness of NVC has given me the power tools to reduce that reactivity and live in alignment with my values for compassion and peace in the midst of conflict and difficult conversations. 

If you have struggled to find a similar sense of congruence, or you simply want more focus and some practices to stay fresh and aligned with living from your heart of compassion, this series will support and inspire you now.

Kathy is a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, author of "Live Compassion, the owner of Communication Works, a coach and psychotherapist. She has helped thousands of peopel transform their relationships and communication skills, helping them to live with more authenticity, empathy and compassion for themselves and others.

With five 15 minute videos, this series is an easy slide into beginning to live and practice Compassionate Communication. If you have been wanting to shift your inner landscape of negative or critical thinking and learn how to communicate better but have thought it is just too big of a job, you can begin here with short and simple meditations, information and practices along with a focus for the day. Easy yet powerful.
